Our Staff
"Our accredited designers work creatively so that your garden or landscape, whatever its size, is treated as an integrated design…one that draws vitality from its possibilities rather than its limits."

We’re excited to welcome Seth R. Link Esterly to our staff. Seth will be leading our marketing, sales, and design team. He returns to Esterly-Link Landscapes Inc. with an impressive academic and professional background. Seth holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) from Pennsylvania State University, where he studied Landscape Architecture both in studio and abroad.
While at Penn State, he completed an internship with the University of Delaware in Coastal Resilience Design. There, he and his team helped preserve a section of the Delaware River coastline — securing erosion-prone areas while redesigning turn-of-the-century factory sites into sustainable, reusable land spaces.
Prior to rejoining our team, Seth spent the past few years with Dewberry Engineers Inc., performing commercial and residential site work across their DC, Maryland, and King of Prussia offices. He also earned his FEMA badge, enabling him to assist in hurricane response and recovery efforts.
Seth’s passion for land design and commitment to environmental diversity have brought him back to where it all started — Esterly-Link, where he spent many past summers working with our crews and also served as a lifeguard for the Delaware State Park System. We’re thrilled to welcome Seth back and look forward to the fresh perspective, innovative design techniques, and dedicated leadership he brings with him. Here’s to new growth — for our landscapes and our team alike.
